Branch Manager (Maternity Cover) - Spalding

If you are looking to take your first step into branch management or you are an existing manager looking for the challenge of managing a branch at N&P this is an ideal opportunity for you.

Your Day
You will focus on customer feedback, looking to champion continuous improvement within your branch and area. You’ll be self motivated with lots of drive and enthusiasm to manage, coach, train and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer service and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for your branch achieving quality, compliance and training and competence targets.

What you need
Excellent interpersonal skills, be passionate about building long term relationships, with both your customers and your team.  Ideally you will already be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent, (or prepared to study for CeMAP), and have previous experience working in a financial services environment.
