BASIC SALARY £20,000 TO £25,000 WITH A 1ST YEAR OTE OF IN EXCESS OF £40,000 BENEFITS

My client is ranked as one of the top ten Estate Agency practices and due to a recent internal promotion they are looking for an experienced BRANCH MANAGER to head up their busy residential operation in this busy Surrey branch.

Your key responsibilities will include:
To manage the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit through and excellent range of products and services.

Target setting and agreeing personal targets and KPI's with your team
Holding regular 360 degree appraisals to identify development needs Implementing agreed business plans listing and selling properties ensuring business is compliant with current legislation

You will have previous proven management experience in the estate agency industry within this market place or similar with a proven track record for previous sales results.

Benefits:
This is a 5 day working week over the 7 days - one day at the weekend
