Branch Manager - Healthcare Recruitment

Nurse Plus UK are seeking a sales driven, confident and committed individual to manage our new branch opening soon in Norwich

We are looking for someone with a strong sales/recruitment background who will lead all aspects of new business development, relationship management, strategy planning and re-sourcing within this new branch. We will look to you to get the most from every member of the team, while ensuring full legislative compliance in all you do.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Experience as a Branch Manager from within the Recruitment Industry
* Healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential
* Have a proven track record in sales and customer service
* Have a proven track record of new business generation
* Be articulate with a persuasive manner
