Job Description

In the position of Branch Manager you will be responsible for all of the operational and financial performance of the branch, ensuring that the branch meets budgeted performance levels. Leading a team of consultants, you will be expected to support and facilitate their success, offering training and development to increase their capability and ensure that the team meet both their KPI and revenue targets.

You will also be responsible for the development and ongoing management of a portfolio of clients, dealing with any problems and resolving any issues that arise. This is a revenue generating role, so you will be expected to resource Junior Management to Executive level roles across a variety of sectors within the industry.

You will work to challenging KPI's and set financial targets, whilst meeting the needs of both your candidates and clients.

Required Experience

You should have previous experience as a Manager or Team Leader, gained within a service driven recruitment sector. In this role you will need to be able to grow and develop business and build strong relationships, so you will need to be able to demonstrate strong influencing and communication skills.

You will need to be a self motivated and driven person, capable of using your own initiative and managing your own time and work load.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000, along with a strong commission structure based on achievable targets. You will benefit from 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, along with excellent internal training and career progression opportunities.
