Organisation Description
My Client a large national Building Society, are looking to recruit a Branch Manager, within the Dorchester, Dorset area. They are looking for a Branch Manager who can continue to lead the current successful branch moving forwards. It is preferred that you will be Cemap qualified (or equivalent), it is essential that you will have branch/sales management experience.
Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
· Assist the Group Manager in achieving all sales targets for the branch
· Maximise business generation and exploit new opportunities
· Direct line management of a branch team
· Support management in identifying and nurturing relationships with local businesses and external customers
· Financial responsibility and authority for expenditure within defined limits
· Ensure the branch team are aware of, and follow, all legislative and regulatory requirements
Person Specification
Basic Salary in the region of £24,000 plus bonuses/commission and a comprehensive benefits package.
