My client is one of the UK’s leading specialist loss adjusters with offices all around the UK and Europe. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a branch manager to join their successful team. 

Job Description

This role will play a key part in the leadership, definition and delivery of property adjusting handling within the company, providing technical and operational management to a designated branch ensuring effective service and productivity is delivered, alongside effective people management practices. You will also be responsible for managing own case load of property claims. Taking responsibility for the management of branch office by managing all Loss Adjusters, Adjuster Assistants and Administration staff assigned to the branch.

Person Specification

• Ideal candidates will demonstrate previous experience of effective people management within a high performance working environment
• Evidence of previous claims handling, loss adjusting or other relevant experience
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
• Evidence of utilizing and managing against appropriate MI
• Understand importance of Business Development and working with clients
• Full UK driving license
