Our client a well known branded hotel in the Dorset area is looking to recruit a trust worthy and reliable Book Keeper to work within the hotel, the main responsibilities would be:

Invoicing to all suppliers
Staff payroll
Credit control
Bank transfers

Reporting to Financial Controller and responsible for Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger, payroll, invoicing, monthly credit control and daily banking.

Working with SAGE Line 50/SAGE Payroll BRILLIANT hotel reservations software

Working alone & under own initiative in the Finance Department, but just one member of a very close knit team - regular interaction with manager.

Our client is looking for a very well organised person who is confident dealing with highly confidential company information, this person must be calm under pressure and be a dedicated team player.
