My client is one of leading BMS/Building Services engineering companies in the UK, with over 20 years experience and a turnover in access of £30,000,000. My client currently deal nationwide and have over 200 employees within their 10 business centres. Due to planned growth and expansion within the company an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trend bias BMS Service Engineer to join their Manchester office and cover the North West.
Position:
This is a fantastic position to join an industry leading professional organisation and really enhance your career. Due to sheer demand and sustainability within the company my client now require a fully fledged Service engineer who is able to travel around the North West covering their prestigious client base. They may also be a minimal percentage of work on install, maintenance and commissioning within the BMS industry however predominantly this is BMS service work, Full training can be provided. My client are looking for a BMS controls engineer who is proficient in either Trend, Tridium, Cylon, Siemens, Satchwell or similar systems.
Skills/Experience:
- Must have a BMS Controls background
- Strong Service/Commissioning Experience.
- Strong Mechanical/Electrical background
- Good understanding of BMS systems including Trend, Tridium, Cylon, Siemens or Satchwell
- Full UK Driving License
- Ability to work as and when including some call out work

Start Date/Interview Process:
Ideally my client wants to hold interviews the week commencing 27th February with a potential start date in March/April, The interview process would usually be a one off interview with the regional manager and he can make a decision within a turn around period of around 7-10 working days.
