An experienced Bid Manager is required to work for a market leading business within the maintenance supply industry.

Responsibilities

• You will assist in the creation and completion of Bids, Tenders and product requirements
• Ensure a quick turnaround of bids and tenders
• Completion of quotes to agreed timeliness
• Ensure supplier pricing is accurate on the system
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure strong support from all through the tender process
• Aid in collation and accuracy of product pricing
• Ensure up to date information in relation to PQQ’s, bids and tenders.

Experience and skills required

• Previous experience within a bids and tenders environment
• Strong reporting, numeracy and analytical skills and ability
• Advanced MS office skills
• You will have excellent communication skills and be able to influence your colleagues, peers and stakeholders.
