My client are an award winning, established and successful business who are enjoying growth and ongoing success both in UK and overseas.
Owing to this success and internal promotion, they are now looking to recruit a Deal Administrator to join their established team.
This role is predominantly administration based and involves the tracking and coordination of major sales opportunities using online systems and web based portals. You will upload deal details and liaise both internally and externally with suppliers re: pricing, product suitability and timeframes. You need to have high levels of attention to detail, accurate administration skills and excellent communication skills. High levels of IT confidence is essential, in particular with Word, Excel and Databases.
You will learn new things quickly and pick up systems and procedures with ease. In addition you will have commercial awareness from your past experiences and be able to use your initiative and common sense to complete tasks.
Time management is critical, meeting deadlines and managing the flow of information, chasing missing information and ensuring all responses are received in a timely manner.
