This is a superb opportunity for a confident EA to work for a Director of an international corporation based in Bahrain. This would suit an individual already working in this country. The role is to support the Regional Director in the running of the region through office administration and coordination with the following duties:-

* Support the Regional Director with the day to day operations. This may include; setting meetings, maintaining calendar, arranging travel, taking dictation and fielding in-coming calls.
* Assist Regional Director with reports and analysis.
* Organise travel for regional staff
* Setup, maintain and organise files.
* Assist with the logistics of marketing events and meetings.
* Maintain database of open issues, prospect requests and complaints. Ensure that all outstanding customer issues have been followed up in a timely manner and handled.
* First point of contact for incoming calls.
* Assist when needed in other departments.
* Responsible for tracking employee attendance and vacation time.
* Responsible for arrangement, setup and logistics of conference calls / meetings.
* Responsible for conducting yourself in a professional and appropriate manner at all times.
* To support the RD & FD in their administration
* Manage everyday tasks of Office driver / messenger
