Job Title: Business Development Manager
Reports to: Sales Director

With a strong services portfolio they have grown to become a significant player in the UK Web and Application Testing market. They have a strong blue-chip client-base, and provides many of the FTSE 100 as well as SME’s with a uniquely in-depth Website Monitoring service which allows both technical and business teams to take control of the ongoing Customer Experience.
Existing clients range across Retail, Banking, Telecoms, Energy, Local and Central Government, Top 10 London Law Firms, and FT100 companies.They include Tesco, T-Mobile, Boden, uSwitch, Jessops, BetFair, BDO Stoy Hayward, P&O Ferries and Reed
Our client is one of the rare companies which grew dramatically in 2009, doubling in size, and they are poised for significant growth again this year, having far exceeded target already in Q1 and being well ahead of target for Q2.
In order to sustain this growth they are seeking a Business Development Manager
We are seeking:
* Someone with a start-up mentality who wants to be part of a company in rapid growth
* Disciplined and driven enough to work from home as well as the Offices in Canterbury
* An over-achiever with 5+ years of successful consultative selling to Enterprise customers
* Must be able to demonstrate their success over the past 3 years
* Strong technical acumen, understands networking. A passion for technology and a strong desire to succeed
* Experience of e-commerce or network-related products would be a distinct advantage
* Individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to the prospect
* A natural door-opener who has succeeded in opening up large corporate accounts (£100k+)
