Position
B2B Sales Executive focusing on both permanent and contract recruitment across niche IT markets within Europe.
Responsibilities
- Headhunting
- Candidate marketing and developing existing client relationships.
- Taking detailed job specifications.
- Translating and posting job requirements into adverts that will attract relevant candidates.
- Negotiate fees and closing clients for commitment in the business development stage of the recruitment process.
- Extensive planning and time management.
Experience/Skills Required
- Solid experience within a sales environment and a minimum of 5 x Grade A - C GCSEs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a minimum of 8 x Grade A - C GCSEs
OR
- University graduate looking to build a career in recruitment
- Extensive training is provided

Salary
- £13.5K - £18K starting salary dependent on experience + Commission
- Salary increment scheme where you can increase your salary to £18K in any 3 month period and £35k in any 12 month period.
