Job Description
Main Responsibilities :
Participate in formulation and implementation of marketing strategies to grow the profitability of credit card portfolio
Work closely with analytics team to capitalize customer segmentation to increase effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Plan, develop, implement and evaluate marketing programs to achieve the assigned business target
Maximizing the business opportunities in our customer database via various cross-sell and up-sell programs
Analyze market research and customer behaviours on products and provide recommendation to maximize profitability
Propose new product configuration and/or marketing campaigns to increase market penetration
Work closely with various sale channels to plan and implement the launching of new initiatives
Drive both internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs
Requirements :
Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines
Minimum 8 years experience in marketing function, in which 3 years of supervisory experience in retail banking products
Strong business acumen with excellent project management and problem solving skills
Customer focused with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese
