AV Installation Engineer
Farnborough, Hampshire (office/field based, covering the South of England)
£25,000 - £28,000 Plus Company Vehicle, Pension Plan, Staff Purchase & Loan Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme
Our client is the UK's largest specialist supplier of audio visual, multimedia and videoconferencing technology. With over 250 personnel in fourteen locations, they have been at the forefront of the UK industry for more than forty years. They specialise in the sales, hire and installation of AV equipment and integrated systems. An opportunity has now arisen for an AV Installation Engineer to join their team.

As an AV Installation Engineer, you will install audio, video and videoconferencing solutions as well as digital signage into meeting rooms, boardrooms and lecture theatres at various sites across the South of England, primarily London.
You will also install the infrastructure which supports the solutions. This will include a wide range of cabling and terminations, as well as IP network infrastructure.
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Proven AV installation engineering experience working in corporate environments and liaising with senior clients
- A driving licence
As an AV Installation Engineer, you must be well presented and personable with a confident, friendly attitude. Analytical, you must have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
A qualification in AV or electronic installation, such as InfoComm CTS, would be beneficial to your application.
Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a CRM check.
