Job Description
Despite these harsh economic times they are recruiting for two experienced Senior Auditors.
Working with a team of a similar calibre, you will be predominantly managing a diverse portfolio of clients including large OMB’s, quoted and unquoted public limited companies.
The positions will encompass up 100% audit tasks including
Planning the assignments and conducting fieldwork particularly for the more complex and high risk accounts or areas of accounts
Supervision and mentoring of junior staff, including leading teams on assignments, allocating work and carrying out first stage review work
Occasionally produce draft accounts for review and agree adjustments with clients
Person Specification
To apply you will hold an appropriate professional qualification with suitable experience working in a audit role within a firm of chartered or certified accountants.
To be successful you will ideally with experience of publicly traded company audits, and have an up to date working knowledge of financial reporting, auditing standards and company law. Knowledge of IFRS an advantage as well as exposure to clients in the property sector
