Organisation Description
A well known Edinburgh based CA Practice are now looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior to their audit team who will assist with the ongoing growth of the business.
Suitable candidates must be fully qualified CA (ICAS or equivalent) or ACCA. You will ideally have 3-4 years relevant audit experience gained within a mid to small tier Practice focusing on the SME market.
Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
* Completing an audit from planning to finalisation
* Detailed audit testing at client's premises
* Preparing draft statutory accounts and related disclosure for complex clients
* Managing the onsite progress of audit jobs
* Review and manage the onsite audit team
* Consolidation of Group audits
* Working within set budget and timescales
The ideal candidate will have a positive can do attitude, carry out instructions on time, diligently and to the requested standard.
