Looking to join a leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisors?
Our client has recently grown through winning a number of new large clients and is now seeking an individual to join their Audit Team and assist with further development of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the audit plan and ensures it appropriately addresses audit objectives
Take an active part in the audit planning and fraud discussion to identify audit risks and appropriate audit strategy
Oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion
Ensure planned audit work is appropriately completed to satisfy audit objectives
Communicates any issues relating to an audit with manager or partner including matters which arise during the audit which were not identified at the planning stage
Ensure the efficient use of appropriate software packages (Explorer, auditCARE, SAPA)
Delegate work to other members of the audit team, ensuring associates understands their responsibilities and has received appropriate on-the-job training/coaching
Skills:
Professional qualification (ACA, CA, ACCA)
First time passes at each stage of professional exams would be beneficial
