Harvey John recruitment is working with a Sussex based independent accountancy firm, with the requirement of an Audit Senior (approximately 80% audit) to join their highly successful team in the Horsham office.
The firm is seeking a newly qualified ACA/ACCA to work closely with the audit manager to assist in running the audit from planning to completion, liaising directly with clients. As this role is not a 100% audit, there will be a time where the job holder would be expected to assist with accounts preparation, personal and corporate tax computations etc.
The client is looking for a candidate that has demonstrable experience of the full audit cycle from a similar role within a firm of accountants. You will also be an effective communicator and have the ability to supervise/mentor junior staff members on site. Ideally the applicant will also have their own means of transport.
