Audit Partner, United Arab Emirates
Our client is a global public accounting firm and seeking an Audit Partner to join their office based in the UAE.
Resonsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Recruit and development of staff
• Active involvement in the practice’s development
• Hands on support for the growth of the Practice
• Manage and develop their client portfolio
• Report to the Managing Partner
Requirements:
• Strong Business Development experience with a proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Experienced in coaching and counselling staff
• Ability to manage, lead and motivate staff
• Experience of IFRS desirable
• University Degree
• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualified
• English language skills essential, Arabic desirable.
Package:
• Tax free base salary from $120,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
