Experienced secretary sought to join our new office in Stowmarket. Must be an experienced secretary with high quality and quick typing ability, excellent telephone manner, supportive, helpful and proactive attitude to work and colleagues. Will ideally have experience within the Insurance Industry, but this is not essential. Main responsibilities include audio typing and issuing reports, letters and emails, maintaining accurate records on both paper and electronic files, data entry within database, appointment making, assisting with telephone calls and general administrative and office support.

Salary will be £16,000 - £19,000
