Purpose
To successfully promote and sell the services of the Auction Department ensuring that a targeted number of Lots are catalogued every auction

Key Objectives
Generate potential valuation appointments
Follow up business leads
Responsible for ensuring the sale of the property reaches completion
Desktop valuations on property around the North West, an understanding of the property industry is an advantage

Experience / Qualifications
High energy, motivated and entrepreneurial property professional

Customer services and sales background
Target and business orientated

Ability to think on your feet and react to situations, ensuring a positive result
Ability to negotiate with a broad range of clients
A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle is essential
