This is a fantastic position for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join one of London’s premier 5* Hotels in a senior management role. Working within the hotels flagship restaurant you will be part on an experienced team servicing a wealthy and famous clientele. You will be managing a FOH team of 25 including Rosette and Michelin experienced Head Waiters and Chef De Rang so strong communication skills are essential.  As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the floor operation of this busy restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner ensuring a 2AA Rosette consistency is achieved throughout the operation. Due to the restaurant only having a small Sommelier team you must have a good knowledge of old and new world wines and be prepared to build on that experience.  

 Working 8 shifts every week this is an ideal position for an Assistant Restaurant Manager from a 2/3AA Rosette Restaurant to gain a position in a bigger Restaurant and Hotel environment. Alongside your operational responsibilities you will be given a chance to gain further knowledge within the administration side of running of the restaurant.
