We have a fantastic opportunity for an ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER to work in our clients established and highly regarded Estate Agency in WALTHAM CROSS.
The ideal candidate will have good property sales experience and must be used to working to targets. This is an extremely reputable company therefore there are many additional benefits and incentives such as car upgrades and trips abroad. Our clients like to promote from within therefore ongoing career progression is excellent for those willing to work hard.
You will be required to arrange viewings, market appraisals, mortgage and legal services. You will be targeted on all of these however you will be paid a commission for each service you sell. You will be accompanying prospective buyers on all viewings you make, negotiating offers, carrying out market appraisals where needed and offering excellent customer service. A driving license is essential as a company car may be provided for the right candidate.
In return you will be offered a basic salary of £15,000 - £17,000 with a commission structure which will push you OTE to £30,000 - £35,000 for year one!!
