BASE £20,000 - £23,000 + OTE £30K IN 1ST YEAR + COMMISSION

Established in the early 90's to focus on providing a specialist professional recruitment service to clients, ranging from leading FTSE 100 companies, investment banks and professional partnerships, to SME’s, start-up ventures and non-profit bodies. Operating a true meritocracy, four Consultants have become managers in the last year, proving duration doesn't decide progression. They offer all staff a comprehensive training programme including a dedicated academy.

This is a great role to start your career in recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing suitable, high calibre candidates and presenting them to the Consultants. You will be sourcing industry professionals for various roles covered by the team of consultants, showing drive and dedication you will be rewarded for each placement made with one of your candidates.
