Job Description
The Digital Publishing Manager is a newly adapted role, created to focus on all Digital aspects of publishing in Asia ex Japan, working across Institutional, iShares, and Retail channels to build out the end-to-end client experience and our clients digital proposition. This function will cover client facing websites, microsites, landing pages, client email, direct marketing, mobile, SEO and social media.
Responsibilities:
• Primary lead in facilitating a robust process for managing all forms of digital content publishing, particularly in Hong Kong and Singapore
• Publishing - Perform web content publishing across a variety of internal and external web venues
• Websites - Ensuring fresh content by working with website guardians to upload/remove for small tasks
• Process - Establishing and facilitating a process to manage publishing with the India publishing team Metrics - Track and report on content published for marketing channels and businesses
• eDMs - working with Relationship Marketing to implement eDM publishing
• Act as a Partner to Marketing and Distribution Solutions to improve digital client experience
• Digital Project Management - Gather marketing requirements and project manage digitally intensive processes
• Advertising - partner with Advertising and Brand to execute online advertising campaigns
• Mobile - working with external vendors and internal parties to streamline website experience for mobile navigation
• Platforms - working between Marketing and Distribution Solutions to facilitate the move from Stellent to Teamsite
• Content - adapting and developing marketing materials for the digital space as appropriate
• Syndication - work with Sales and Marketing to develop platforms for content syndication - with banks or broker platforms
• Factsheets - facilitate the automation of routine factsheet production
Experience:
• Good working knowledge of HTML, XML, PhotoShop
• Good working knowledge of common content publishing tools such as Teamsite
• A minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience required; financial services experience preferred
• BA/BS preferred
• Knowledge of trends and research in SEO, Mobile, Social Media, Usability, Analytics
• Strong communication skills
• Team player able to effectively operate in a collaborative environment
• Self - starter able to efficiently manage their time
