You will be required to work closely with the Head of Quality & Clinical Performance to provide support. You will often be trusted with confidential material and be relied upon to ensure that everything required is in place.
DUTIES:
- To attend and take accurate records of external and internal Safeguarding and incident review meetings (including attendance records etc) in accordance with the direction of the Head of Quality & Clinical Performance.
- To liaise with Social Workers, external agencies and representatives, Safeguarding Managers, and members of the public as appropriate in matters relating to the clerical/administrative procedures of Safeguarding.
- To prepare and maintain case files and associated papers/documents.
To collate statistical information as required by the Safeguarding and Commissioning Assurance Manager and Head of Quality & Clinical Performance. - To maintain diaries and appointments of the Head of Quality & Clinical Performance.
- To provide cover on reception, as appropriate, ensuring visitors to the office sign in and are assisted as necessary.
- To provide guidance and assistance to other members of staff as required.
- To provide cover within the service as required.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Work in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Attend all compulsory training and any other training as appropriate.
- Work within the Health and Safety at Work Act, reporting any defects which may affect the safety of individuals or staff.
- Participate in any other relevant duties.
