We are recruiting for a multi channel retailer who is growing at a phenomenal rate, opening in new locations across the UK on a weekly basis. Due to this growth they are launching a new store which will offer customers great quality, value and service

About the Role

With customers at the heart of everything they do, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to share and drive their vision for the future.

From day one of the new store opening, the Assistant Manager will support the Branch Manager and will play an active part in the success and development of the store. It's a great team-focused environment with the opportunity to establish strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

About You

With a background in store-based management, you will be passionate about everything retail. You will have the ability to support the development of your team and ultimately ensure that everyone is united in making the store a success.

Not only can you deliver service that is second to none and inspire your team to do the same, but you will also demonstrate commercial awareness, an understanding of stock management and the importance of KPI's and targets - of which you will be aiming to deliver against week-on-week.
