Assistant Manager
- Maximise sales and store turnover throughout the store.
- Maintaining very high levels of retail standards.
- Motivate and develop and recruit individual staff.
- Create and develop a highly effective and successful team.
- Deliver 'above and beyond expectation’.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Have a strong passion for retail.
- Creative talent.
Assistant Manager Experience:
- Assistant Manager with a solid non-food retailing background.
- Assistant Manager from a customer focused and customer service driven retailer.
- Minimum 2 years experience at Assistant Store Management level.
- Team building skills.
- Highly organised efficient individual.
- Strong decision-maker, delegation skills.
- Use initiative and instigate promotional ideas and events.
- You will ideally be a Assistant/Deputy Manager, Trading Manager with some Store Management experience.
