Assistant Manager

  • Maximise sales and store turnover throughout the store.
  • Maintaining very high levels of retail standards.
  • Motivate and develop and recruit individual staff.
  • Create and develop a highly effective and successful team.
  • Deliver 'above and beyond expectation’.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a strong passion for retail.
  • Creative talent.

Assistant Manager Experience:

  • Assistant Manager with a solid non-food retailing background.
  • Assistant Manager from a customer focused and customer service driven retailer.
  • Minimum 2 years experience at Assistant Store Management level.
  • Team building skills.
  • Highly organised efficient individual.
  • Strong decision-maker, delegation skills.
  • Use initiative and instigate promotional ideas and events.
  • You will ideally be a Assistant/Deputy Manager, Trading Manager with some Store Management experience.
