This National Housebuilder is actively looking for an experienced Assistant or a Site Manager to join them on a major new build programme in Exeter.
Accompanied with the Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing production of upto 500 units over a five year duration ultimately leading to promotion to Site Manager independantly running a phase of your own.
You should be fully conversant with housebuilding and preferably be from a trade background.
