Assistant Resturant Manager (maternity cover)

My Client is looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager (Maternity Cover)  to oversee and run the daily food and beverage operation for their leading luxurious Restaurant in Usk.

To be successful at this role they require a highly skilled Assistant Manager who has a hands-on approach and an ability to demonstrate they are capable of inspiring, training and leading a team. You will need a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have evidence of excellent people management skills and a strong character who can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.  If you have a desire to develop your career in food and beverage management then this is the job for you.  Previous experience in a similar position / establishment or restaurant is required.  It is desirable for the applicant to have experience of working at the same level in a 4* or 5* property.
