The Job

Behind every great manager, there’s an even better assistant.  We need a Deputy Restaurant Manager/ Assistant Manager who is as ambitious and driven as we are. They’ll get the very best out of every member of our team - even the Manager. You will be the best of organisers, the one who motivates the team to deliver our high standards of service and food quality. You will have the skills to manage both guests and our people out in the restaurant together with a keen focus on the financial targets.
