Working on Channel Management or Product Development, you’ll take responsibility for your area and drive the improvements that will help you meet and exceed your business targets.
Over the last 12 months we have doubled our market share, so this is an exciting time to join our Personal Loans team in our Banking Division. You’ll make it even better by taking our personal loans to the next stage, developing new products, improving the way we tell people about them and increasing our market share.
Whether you find yourself focusing on Channel Management or Product Development, you’ll take responsibility for your area and drive the improvements that will help you meet and exceed your business targets. You’ll preferably understand Financial Services and specifically the personal loan market too, knowing exactly how to market and develop your products and becoming a go-to source of product and market knowledge for Senior Management
Person Specification
Educated to degree level or equivalent, you’ll have a CIM Diploma or equivalent qualification and experience of Product Management.
As you’ll be working with several departments to maximise success through product development and channel management, you’ll need first class relationship building skills and the confidence to communicate at every level. You’ll also work well on your own initiative, using your commercial acumen and analytical ability to spot viable opportunities and act on them.
