About the role

It's a big job, but an incredible exciting and challenging one. From planning which shoes need to go where, to maximising sales in a Clarks store, we'll give you that all-important introduction to merchandising, plus a solid grounding in our business.
About you
So, what do you need to bring? You’ll have good GCSE results. You'll need to be adaptable, not to mention quick to pick things up and understand how we work. It's also important that you have a head for figures and are comfortable using MS Excel. Like everyone here at Clarks, you're dedicated and driven, committed to being the best you can be.

Our location
Street itself is perfectly placed away from the commuter rush and beyond the hustle and bustle of big city life. The town is surrounded by wonderful English countryside, complete with rolling hills and market towns. And as well as the Clarks story, our particular part of south west England has many a tale to tell: from the legendary King Arthur to the Glastonbury Festival, there's much to explore and enjoy in and around Street. What's more, Bath and Bristol are under an hour's drive away, and the large regional towns of Taunton and Yeovil are even closer.
