Our client operates a number of late night bars in high footfall venues in major urban sites. They are a progressive, vibrant company with a prominent presence in the high volume leisure market.

Job Role - Assistant Manager - Stylish Bar & Restaurant:

The role involves the day-to-day running and development of this high volume outlet. On the high street, this is a lively, vibrant and busy venue. The client is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to focus on quality and service so as to appeal to a widespread customer base. Key responsibilities will include:

• Staff management and development
• Achieving targets set by the General Manager
• Merchandising the bar and the front of house area
• Ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to

Key Attributes - Assistant Manager - Stylish Bar & Restaurant:

• Experience from both a restaurant and bar environment with supervisory status, either as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Supervisor
• Local knowledge of the area
• People management skills - with the ability to inspire the team
• Financial awareness
• Merchandising and presentation skills
