Harveys are proud to be opening a brand new concept store in the heart of Cheltenham.
This new store will be our best yet and we are all very excited about the variety of affordable high quality furniture that will available to our customers.
We are looking to recruit a highly talented and successful Assistant Manager to join this exciting and vibrant venture on a 12 month Interim Contract. The successful candidate will be passionate about sales and enjoy leading and coaching a team to achieve the best possible results.
Working 5 out of 7 days, our Assistant Managers are responsible for supporting the Store Manager in running the store whilst ensuring that they contribute to the stores success by maximizing on all sales opportunities.
About you?
You will be passionate about sales, well presented, articulate and be a fantastic motivator. We want you to inspire the team with fresh ideas and enthusiasm. You will make things happen by being inquisitive and always striving to improve your stores performance. You will enjoy supporting the Store Manager to launch exciting and varied challenges so that the team is constantly motivated to aim high.
You will have a proven track record in a Retail Management/Supervisory role, be commercial in your approach and have the ambition to become one of our best Store Managers in the near future!
