- Looking for an adventure? Interested in working in the sunny south of France? Our client, a global automotive manufacturer, are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for a permanent position based in Marseille. The company is rapidly expanding and are looking for someone to help maintain a high level of growth, by motivating staff to exceed sales targets and promote first class customer service. Fluency in both French and English languages essential. Start date asap.
Key tasks include:
- Staff management, particularly sales motivation
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquires from clients.
- Promoting excellent customer service
- Supporting the Country Manager with the day to day running of the Workshop, including analysing profit and loss figures, marketing methods and products.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Highly ambitious
- Energetic and good at energising others
- An electronics or automotive interest or background desirable but not a requirement
- Literate and numerate
- Salary €30,000- €40,000pa, plus benefits which may include allowance for relocation depending on circumstance.
