Assistant Manager - London - High Volume Restaurant - £25K

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced assistant manager to progress within a high volume, fast paced and trendy restaurant concept. The brand has nurtured and developed the concept to produce some of the highest quality food within the market.
The restaurant company is very much the new face of the branded restaurant scene producing all food from fresh raw products and serving them within a casual, trendy and buzzing environment. Managers within this company must promote the highest level of customer service amongst the staff to ensure that the brand’s reputation remains the best.
The company is fast becoming the most talked about restaurant businesses in London and is looking to become one of the market leaders in the branded restaurant market. They have huge plans to grow their business by a further three sites within the next year but acknowledge that perfection is devised from getting three key areas correct; customer service, staff training and a quality product.
The successful assistant manager will have current experience in a high volume, food led operation. Experience in a restaurant that serves fresh food is preferable but not essential; what is more important is a manager who recognises the importance of high standards of service and building a well oiled and creative team.
As one of the assistant managers, some of your core responsibilities will be:
- Managing and motivating a team of up to 20 member of staff on busy shifts
- Controlling the stock and wastage in the restaurant
- Writing the rotas and ensuring that labour budgets are met
This is a truly unique Assistant Manager opportunity where you will be given the training and support to progress within a structured company, while at the same time being given the autonomy and freedom to be creative in driving sales and helping the restaurant company move from strength to strength.
