My client prides itself on providing gorgeous ladies lingerie and fashion for the more curvaceous lady, and is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for their fabulous dual store in Reading.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the effective running of the store, delivering an excellent customer experience.  You will be leading a significant team and must have the ability to motivate, mentor and train.

Candidates should possess:

• Experience gained at Assistant Manager level
• A total commitment to providing a customer-focused retail environment  
• Experience of recruiting, training and developing junior members of staff
• Exposure to a £1million plus retail environment
• Experience of working in a target-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and real commercial awareness
• A desire to progress within a business
• A confident and self-motivated approach
