About the role…

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER to join a well established luxury retailer in the companies FLAGSHIP store.

This unique opportunity will enable you to have a very productive career supporting 2 Store Managers across 2 sites in Middlesex (very close to each other).

As a successful Assistant Manager you will need to be a strong people-manager who can motivate, lead and inspire your team while driving the business to its full potential. You will maximise turnover and profit, whilst at all times providing exceptional customer service.

As an Assistant Manager you will be given a high degree of autonomy including store merchandising, local marketing and networking - all to create a positive impact on your sales.

What experience do you need?

  • Excellent man-management, training and development skills.

  • Commercially minded.
  • Excellent motivator.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability and experience to support, lead, drive and inspire the team.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm. Previous experience of a blue chip retail brand would be highly advantageous but is not essential. You will need to be a strong and experienced retail manager with a passion for providing the highest quality customer service.
