What They Are Looking For..........

This is an exciting role that has become available in their busy Tunbridge Wells restaurant. As an Assistant Manager with this fantastic company you will be entrusted with the general running of the restaurant on a day to day business. You will promote a friendly and welcoming working environment ensuring customers expectations are surpassed and aiming for repeat business. You will take charge of the management of all staff ensuring the restaurant is correctly staffed at all times and that all staff are working in line with brand standards. You will immerse yourself in all of the financial aspects of the business ensuring that controls are in place with all stock ordering. As part of the management team, you will be directly responsible for the financial performance of the restaurant on a day to day basis.

Who They Are Looking For............

First and foremost, a manager is required with a genuine passion for the industry. A person who exudes confidence with team members and promotes top quality, friendly and polite customer care. You will be outgoing, approachable and be genuinely passionate about the business you are working for.

You will have proven success managing high volume restaurants. Ideally you will have had experience of all front and back of house management including staff training, rota’s, financial reporting, stock control and ordering. Some experience of working within a renowned restaurant brand is also preferred but not a necessity.
