The Company:

My client is a Times Top 100 company.  They are now looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to assist in the running and develop one of their prime stores in the Bromley, Kent.

Established for over 15 years and regarded as the market leader in their sector, my client believes in offering the very best in customer service. If you believe in listening to a customer’s requirements to gain a full understanding of their needs, enabling you to offer the solution that’s exactly right from them (and not what necessarily makes the highest margin) then you could be the right person for the role.

The Candidate:

We want to hear from impressive Assistant Store Managers/ Sales Managers who:-

• Can train and develop junior members of staff so that they fulfil their full potential
• Have a strong belief in offering the very best in customer service
• Are capable of running a branch as if it were their own business
• Have had full Profit & Loss responsibility
• Understand the importance of KPIs and know how to implement them
• Have the ability to promote the store using various marketing avenues
• Have a positive outlook
• Believe in maintaining the highest possible standards in store
• Have great attention to detail and strong administrative skills
• Are bright and enthusiastic!
