THE ROLE
As a Assistant Manager you will report to the Store Manager overseeing the daily running of the store, managing daily sales, ensuring achieved sales targets and KPIs. You will act as tutor to staff members, managing a team of sales staff. You will train and recruit your team to the highest retail standards and ensure a creative level of visual merchandising and oversee housekeeping standards.
THE PERSON
To be suitable for this position, you will need previous fashion retail experience at Supervisor/Assistant Manager Level. To be considered, you must show commitment and a proven track record of achievements within the fashion retail sector.
