Job Description
Responsibilities:
This senior position is a Hong Kong based opportunity and will be direct reporting to the General Manager. As Assistant General Manager, you will be representing the owner side and managing all aspects of project management for the upcoming PRC projects. You will be in charge of all project matters, including for projects design, quality, timeline, budget as well as to supervise all consultants and local contractors.
Requirements:
To be successful for this role you will be degree qualified in architecture, surveying, engineering or town planning with at least 18 years of post qualification experience in managing hospitality property developments. Candidates who possess rich PRC experience will be an advantage. The role requires the candidate to have strong knowledge in design management, cost management and project management as a whole, as well as good interpersonal skills. You are a natural born leader and a strong team player, with the ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
