What They Are Looking For..........

The site in St Albans is a really high volume, busy site and an Assistant General Manager is currently required. As a key member of the team, it will be your responsibility to ensure the front of house of the business is a success, promoting repeat business and driving sales. Giving the restaurant a personal touch and inspiring people in your own way, our client is looking for an individual with a non corporate approach to business running. Each restaurant is run in such a way that you can put your stamp on the way the business is run. You will treat each customer as an individual, taking time to interact with them to promote a vibrant and fun environment.

A manager is required with proven success of managing high volume, high end restaurant businesses. With a passion for managing, developing and driving a large team of staff you will be a determined manager with a drive to succeed.

Who They Are Looking For............

First and foremost, a manager is required with a genuine passion for the industry. A person who exudes confidence with team members and promotes top quality, friendly and polite customer care. You will be outgoing, approachable and be genuinely passionate about the business you are working for.

You will have proven success managing high volume restaurants. Ideally you will have had experience of all front and back of house management including staff training, rota’s, financial reporting, stock control and ordering. Some experience of working within a renowned restaurant brand is also preferred but not a necessity.
