Salary up to £40,000 per annum

Reporting into the Finance Director the role will involve the below :

• Completion of the quarterly VAT return for submission to HM Revenue and Customs
• Preparation and finalisation of Group reporting on a monthly basis for review by the FD and CFO before submission.
• Production of the monthly management accounts
• Preparation of corporation tax information for review
• Responsible for implementation of and adherence to the key internal controls required managing the business unit effectively and complying with the requirements of Sarbannes Oxley.
• Responsible for the completion of SOX processes
• To Assist the FD in the management of the centrally controlled finance function
• The supervision of the purchase and sales ledger functions.
• Updating and monitoring of the Companies fixed asset register
• Assisting the management team in the completion of regular verifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Production of the Annual statutory accounts
• Assist the Leadership team with any adhoc analysis
• To Assist the leadership team in the preparation of the Annual budget
• To asses training requirements of staff through a structured performance review process
