Our client is a 5 Star 321 room Beach Resort in Dubai currently 

recruiting a Assistant F&B Manager

The Person:

- Previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience as a Assistant F&B Manager

- Must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure

-Must have at least 3years experience within a similar operation.

-Good organizational skills 

-Good ability to handle pressurized situations and busy periods 

-Flexible, Innovative and Adaptable 

-Strong leadership skills a must
