Job Description
Assistant Credit Controller - Temp to Perm - URGENT
Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, duties will involve:
Follow up outstanding accounts by telephone, email & letter
Recoring credit control activity
Preparation of on - line small claims applications
Issuing customer statements
Generating sales invoices
Setting up customer direct debits
Query resolution
Allocation of cash / cheque / credit card transactions
Preparing manual adjustments
Assisting the Credit Control Manager as required
Candidates will have previous credit control experience, will be conversant with Sage Line 50 and Sage Line 200, and will have an excellent telephone manner.
