We are looking for an experienced individual to provide premium service to our customers, as Assistant Centre Operations Manager you will have worked previously in a service environment and ideally have experience of fitting tyres.
Responsibilities include constantly promoting sales maximisation whilst achieving optimum customer satisfaction, assisting in managing the day to day health & safety policies & procedures, ensuring full compliance, guiding & motivating a team of technicians. In your daily role, you will assist your manager in running the Centre deputise occasionally on their behalf. Administrative PC skills are essential.
You’ll be required to work as a team as the Centre relies on everyone mucking in and getting the job done.
