Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will demonstrate a sound knowledge of managing stock control functions, have a strong influence and the ability to sell products & ensure the supervision and security of the branch is run effectively.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring all stock items meet sales demands.
• Managing cash, banking and payment schemes in accordance with company procedures and policies.
• Liaising and utilising support from suppliers, merchandisers and other partners as required, at all times observing authorisation levels set.
• Managing daily delivery and despatch process and ensuring correct routing.
• Inputting Invoices, Sales Orders and Credit notes and ensuring correct entry onto the system within a set time frame.
Skills/Attributes:
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience within the PVCu Window and Composite Door industry.
• Be self motivated, driven and enthusiastic.
• Basic computer skills and experience of using a window design system would be an advantage.
• Previous sales experience would also be an advantage.
